You’re always welcome to drop by without an appointment. If you’d like dedicated time with a designer, we recommend booking ahead to avoid waiting.
Yes. Our JVA-registered valuers with FGA qualifications provide detailed reports for either insurance replacement or probate. Fees are based on the time spent, not the item’s value. The valuations are done on site and take between 2-4 weeks, the items must be left for the duration of the process.
Absolutely. Our in-house repair and restoration services bring your jewellery back to life. Most repairs are completed within 7-10 days, and we also provide free advice and polishing services.
While we don’t supply lab-grown stones ourselves, we’re happy to work with them. Bring in your lab-grown gemstone, and we can incorporate it into a bespoke design with the same care as all our jewellery.
Yes. You can securely send items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring they are fully insured and safely tracked. Please package jewellery carefully in a padded envelope or box to protect it. Once your piece has been restrung or repaired, we return it using the same secure method, fully insured. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Yes! Our vouchers are perfect for any occasion, have no expiry date, and can be used in-store or towards bespoke designs. Vouchers can be purchased in-store, by email, or by phone.
At Cellini, we take great care to ensure every customer loves their jewellery. If you do need to return an item, we’re happy to assist. In-stock pieces purchased from our store may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Simply contact us or visit the store, and we’ll guide you through the process with ease. As each piece of bespoke or specially commissioned jewellery is crafted uniquely for you, these items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we will always consider individual requests with care and attention, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. For further guidance, check out our full returns and cancellation policy.
No. Cellini does not buy pre-owned items of any kind or deal with purchasing precious metals for scrap value.
Yes, we are happy to take on bespoke assignments that repurpose stones from cherished and heirloom items, our design process is tailored to your specific requirements.
Yes we can clean all Cellini and non-Cellini jewellery instore whilst you wait subject to the goldsmith checking all settings first for stone security, this is a free service unless the piece is white gold and requires rhodium plating.
At Cellini all of the diamonds are D-F colour and VVS-VS clarity, stones of 0.30ct and above are all GIA certificated.
We do not sell or service watches, we can replace batteries and do some strap adjustments, leather replacement straps are also available.
