3.PRICING
Please call us for up to date pricing including shipping etc. Our prices include VAT.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Delivery which should arrive next working day following dispatch.
We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK.
We will only deliver to the billing address registered to the card with which payment is made.
The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery.
If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of Cellini.
As items require a signature on delivery, if you should not be available to do this and they are returned to a Royal Mail depot it becomes your responsibility to make arrangements to collect them.
There is a standard delivery charge of £9.95 on all purchases.
Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves.
We will endeavour to dispatch items within three working days of the order being placed but cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Ring orders: Whilst we will make every effort to size and dispatch a ring within our standard delivery timescale of 3-5 working days, this is not always possible. In the event that the ring has to be remade in order to achieve the correct size, whilst no extra charge will be made the process can take up to 12 weeks. Delivery timescales will be confirmed on recepit of the order. Alternatively please call us on: 01223 517700 prior to placing your order and we will be able to inform you how long your order would take to dispatch.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain stock quantities accurately there may be occasion where this system fails and if for any reason this occurs and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as we become aware of this and provide you with a full refund.
All jewellery is dispatched in a blue Cellini box and silk pouch but NOT gift wrapped. This allows the purchaser to check the items before presenting them as a gift, whilst still coming nicely presented without the need to wrap on receipt.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email at onlineorders@cellini.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you;

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels which do not reach us.
